After market service

last year we bought 3 phones from Groupon , few months after two of the phones broke the screens . It has been months sending emails to customer services just to find out out who the manufacturers are but no joy ,you can not get through to their lines because it always tell please phone back later .We are willing to pay for the repairs all we need is their details to repair the phones .
