Acer laptop

I bought a laptop from groupon for over R3000 the specs on the add said that is a quadcore laptop and I received a deulcor I reported it to groupon it took them almost 3 weeks to respond to me to find out what the problem is now a month has gone and I still dont have any clarity on what they are planning to do about this I try and follow up every week other wise I dont hear from them and if I do they respond things like they have no respons from the supplier they will let me know and still nothing
