Absolutely disgusted

I ordered a cosmetic display stand more than a month ago with no delivery and groupon has the nerve to send me an email asking whether I was happy with the quality of my stand! I called into the call centre several times. They have promised to give me feedback and yet I still have heard nothing from the company. I called in again today asking to speak to the manager or complaints department, when transferred, no one bothered to pick up. I was put on hold for another 15 minutes. If I call again I will be put back in line to speak to someone. I will never shop on groupon ever again. Groupon is all promises with no delivery!!!
