A shockingly bad company

Paid for my order on 01/01/2016 still have not received my item I cannot reach them by telephone because of apparent high call volume(with their complete lack of customer service I can understand why)<br> I have on numerous occasions emailed their customer support but they are totally useless<br> A word of warning to any potential victim stay away from Groupon and don't learn the hard way
