5 months later and still NO goods!!!!!

On the 1st of May I ordered earrings (SEC D3CB63DAB4) and iPad cover Groupon code: ***QB4 I have still not received either of them!! I ordered these 2 items with other items and when the delivery came I contacted groupon immediately to inform them these items were missing even though the one was marked on the waybill and the item that was delivered was not, there was also a set of cooking pots delivered that I did not order. The courier came back the next day to collect the pots but I still never got my missing items!! I have made repeated attempts to Groupon to please find out where my missing items are but keep hearing someone will get back to you and this NEVER happens!! I have ALWAYS paid immediately for my goods with cc and groupon has been sitting on my money and goods for OVER 5 MONTHS!! If I do not get a response I will be laying a charge of theft against groupon!
