3 piece luggage set - Zips broke on arrival and GRoupon said I must just fix zips

<p>I bought 2 sets of - 3 piece suitacases @ R1700 each. My sister just left to USA and used the cases. The ZIPS broke on all 3 cases. She had to dump them and buy new ones in New York. I am leaving next week. My cases have not been used. I am too scared. I wrote to GROUPON and they told me to FIX The ZIPS</p>
