3 Months and still waiting......I call ****

I have bought a Groupon Vouchers a number of times and every time I say never again. WELL....Definitely never again. <br> <br> They sell thousands of vouchers which they can't process and upkeep. I bought Vouchers 3 months ago for Magazines. Informed them numerous times that I have still not received my magazines and everytime I complain and request a refund they have a new excuse just to get to the next month and then another.<br> <br> If you ask me they **** people. They just take their cut and not care about the rest. <br> <br> Their Customer Care agents are very badly trained as they just try to calm the situation and then later you realize they have just miss informed you. <br> <br> So over Groupon. Believe the money that you think you are saving in buying the voucher is just going into someones pocket. You will never see your stuff. Just write it off.
