2 Months to pay back money

i purchased a mop on the 22 April 2015. groupon then informed me i was to late when they picked up the EFT the deal already closed and that they will refund me. After numerous emails being promised that the refund will be done I am still waiting. I logged this compliant on hello peter before and Groupon closed it as resolved. Nothing has been resolved i am still waiting for my money to be refunded. After this i am going to the ombuds man and logging my compliant with them. I must be honest [URL Removed] is far better to deal with. requested a refund on a cxl purchased and 48hrs later i had my money. Groupon needs to jack up their services a.s.a.p.
