2 months after dispatch notice no delivery

So I placed and order that was theoretically dispatched on 22 May (I received the dispatch confirmation email). On 17 June I had still not received the product and I contacted customer support. Bianca requested confirmation of the delivery address which I sent on 19 June. On 23 June I had not had a response or a delivery and I requested a refund. I have heard nothing back from Groupon.<br> <br> I have been a loyal customer and have spent thousands of rands with groupon over the eyars and they treat me like *******. I will never buy anything from them againa nd I will make sure my friends all unsubscribe and go to their competitor.
