I bought a car headlight from their branch for a renault Kwid at the end of April. They told me the part would cost R4500 and would take 21 days. I paid for it then and there. 2 days later I got a dealer who had the light in stock so I called renault to cancel the order while its still early. As part of the consumer rights Bill, I have 21 days to cancel an order. Yet today they don't want to refund my money.

Its a renault shop! Even if I canceled the order, they should keep it in stock because more customers will come to buy from them, why would you force someone to take a light you need and ***** their money in the process.

This is not on, Please everyone out there, never ever buy at renaultgroup1 the glen use other branches.
