Disgraceful service

I bought a car in August with warranty, only started with using the car mid September because of the paperwork delay from my salesman James, I told James that the boot spoiler was loose and he did nothing about it, now the breaks, shocks and some parts are worn out, I’ve driven the car for less than 2 months and am told that I have to pay R20K for a car that was roadworthy according to them, this is a ******* they sold me a broken car for a price of a brand new car.
