THE WORST. EVER.

<p>I have taken my car to them 4 times in less than 6 months to fix my aircon (car is still under warranty) and now I'm waiting for them to get back to me regarding the problem (I spoke to them a week and a half ago) but no comms from them... The last time I was there I asked Russel (the service manager) to take me to the dealer principal (Brian) who told me that if they could give me a loan vehicle I would have to insure it under my private insurance!!!! Now, when they do (eventually) get back to me regarding a solution for my aircon I will lose yet another work day (5 and counting) and they merely shrug and show me the door! Who does one even complain to in this situation??? This was truly the worst service I have ever received!</p>
