<p>I am livid,i took my car in for the shocks to be fixed or changed whatever,got a call at about 10am to tell me about chips on my windscreen which is fine BUT my windscreen has a scratch,at about 4pm ne FOUR O CLOCK i'm told my car is ready and i must come fetch it mind u the transport i had organised left at 3 and i asked them to get someone to fetch me THANK GOD for mark who i called MYSELF to fetch me to top it off im told NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY ****EN CAR and i must pay for the chips so my car was kept THE ENTIRE DAY ONLY FOR ME TO BE TOLD ****OL WAS DONE!!!! and i must wait for the parts lol as to why i was not told this at 10am when i was called not at 6pm defeats me.its been days and im still waiting to be called.i thank mark for being helful but the rest this is *** and i am never reffering ANYONE to you!</p>
