Hyundai Milnerton ******

MFC added a residual to my account after my express instruction to the HYUNDAI MILNERTON dealership was increased repayment with no residual. On the day i collected my vehicle and signed my contract i realised this and questioned finance person Gerhard Hattingh. Mfc HO redone and resent a contract, the second contract they tried to revoke because they made a mistake by offering me 9% interest. I refused to accept this. I traded in a grand i10 for a newer one and i oaid R2900 with no residual. The first 3month payment holiday was a nightmare because they started debiting immediately. Much to my surprise a while later i saw i owed almost R300 000 on my i10 Grand. I took this up with MFC whis only response was they action the loaded contract they see, meaning i either voluntarily surrender the car to them or spread the Residual over the term of 72 months not the 5yr term i originally agreed to. If residual is spread i will be paying about R5000 per month for an i10 Grand. This is NOT a BMW or AUDI or MERCEDES MFC. YOU RIP PEOPLE OFF. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO EVERY OMBUDSMAN I CAN FIND. I WANT YOU TO GIVE BACK MY TRADE IN AND REIMBURSE ME WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE PAID YOU TO DATE. AND VOID THIS CONTRACT. IVE COMPLAINED ON HELLOPETER BEFORE, THIS TIME I AM NOT TAKING YOUR BLATANT ****************!!! Ill go to every need s channel and social media platform to inform people of what you're doing to me! Its unacceptable that you get away with this and have no care for the people whos keeping u in business and paying your salaries. You are in kahoots with the dealerships that offers poor service and cover up your mistakes by duping and ******** people like you did me. Fix it!! I expected good service from Hyundai MILNERTON and Gerhard Hattingh the finance person at Hyundai Milnerton instead i was ****med by you. You should be ashamed as you can't even care to return my call or emails. You didnt have the decency to honor my instruction nor to submit the signed rectified contract i accepted as final contract. Now you're just a ghost after creating this mess with MFC.
