Group1 incapable of service, but defnitely known for their *********ness, incompetence, lies and sugar coating

About 6 months ago I purchased a Hyundai I20 from the midrand group1 Hyundai branch, up until today I can not explain in words the utter dissapointment and disgust I have towards the employees of this branch for its *********ness and sugar coating. It all started from day one, yes I was eager in purchasing my car but by no means should a client be treated like dirt since the company has received cash payment for their product. My car was bought as a demo, but yet still when I took the car I was not informed about the denture in the back, I fought for this because I had no fault in inexperienced workers for not doing a job properly. This itself was an issue with the manager of the branch himself for they did not want to reimburse me for the damage. The Vallet service was of such unfortunate and horrible value, I found someones dirty shoe soles in my boot after this service has been given. I had to fight for weeks on end to receive my number plates and car disk, where each time I contacted they simply had another excuse. I only received my plates after 2-3 months of purchase. After many hours of paperwork and discussion with the team for service plans and all promises made, I now am at the very mark where my car is at 60 000km on the clock and guess what??? Yes, I have been fed lies up until this day with promises for coverage on my car's kilometers up until now, yet all of a sudden confronting the manager he simply claims it is no longer his problem to sort out, for he is no longer employed at this specific branch, whilst the sales person asked me to take it up with the manager himself. Who is to be correct here?? They had no problem in taking my money, but oh damn can they lie. I would never recommend this group to anyone, for they simply are not capable of delivering any service, except for Constant lies which ends up costing a client thousands of rands because incompetence.
