Group 1 Hyundai Midrand Bad Experience

Took my car for service at the Group 1 Hyundai Midrand and NEVER EVER taking it back there. My car came back with a scratch and a none removable mark on the bonnet. Asked if they had listed these problems on their check list upon arrival and they gave us a lousy excuses that the car might have came in dirty and might have missed them which was not true since I had taken my WHITE in colour car for a car wash the day before taking it there which was impossible to miss those marks. The Manager was called regarding this issue and he didn’t even greet and passed us like we didn’t exist but was quick to give us his excuses as too why my car came in with ***** marks and scratches they did not even try to fix the problem.DO NOT take your car there…such poor and terrible customer service
