Dissatisfaction of service

<p>It is with great disappointment that I have to report this matter with regards to dissatisfaction of service.</p> <p>I have been a hyundai customer since 2010, I have bought 5 new cars from hyundai between 2010 and 2015. In 2010 I bought H100 which I use for my business, also in 2010 I bought H1 petrol 9 seater for my mother. In 2012 I bought i20 for my wife also in 2012 I trade in the H1 petrol for the H1 diesel 9 seater.</p> <p>All this cars I bought them at Hyundai Pinetown from sales man Eric Ndlovu, who have been so kind and very helpful. when ever I have a problem with the car or service center, he would go beyond his duties and speak to service center on my behalf and resolve what ever matter I had.</p> <p>In 2015 I went back to Hyundai Pinetown because I wanted to trade in the H1 2012 mordel for a new H1 2015 mordel. On my arrival I requested to see Eric Ndlovu. I was told he those not work there anymore and an indian sales man of which I can not recall his name at present requested to assist me.<br />I told him I wish to trade in, he told me that hyundai no longer make H1 9 seater anymore, so they do not have a 2015 mordel but he can get a fresh 2014 for me. I went to look for the same car at other dealers. I went to hyundai Durban central where I was assisted by Blaine Fraken the sales man.</p> <p>That is when my problem started, Blaine promised to get a 2015 model for me of which he did. The trade in process was done, I got my new car. It was May 2015 when I get my new car. Blaine called me two weeks after telling me he can't get the new car licensed, it must be I'm owing UTI some road fines. I went to NPA pinetown where I was told the car can't be licensed because it is a second hand car, it had the first owner in 2014.</p> <p>I went back to Blaine with that information. His manager Leon contacted me via email he promised to pay me R10 000 and I must keep the car on my position, they will get it licensed, I have to return the car for them to license it. My mother stay at Ulundi which is 238km from Durban, she had to drive all the way with her own diesel and back to olundi.</p> <p>The car was licensed and they paid me R10 000 as promised, I thought it was all over. Little did I know I haven't had the last of it. Last week Thursday 23th June 2016, I went to NPA Pinetown to get a new disc for one of my cars. At my surprised I was told I can't get a disc because I have not renew the disc for one of my cars. I asked what is the number plate for that car I'm owing, at my surprised it for a H1 that I trade it in to Hyundai Durban central last year May.</p> <p>I went back to Blaine same day, he took the documents they gave me at NPA and promised to call me the following day. Later on Friday 24th after noticing he has not called or emailed, I called him. He told me the Bank has not taken the old car out of my name and he is waiting for documents from the Bank. I called The Bank on 27 June, they told me the car is still under my name because the dealer has not settle it.</p> <p>I am tired to go up and down regarding this matter and up to date Blaine has not contacted me regarding this, my work car disc has expired. I cant keep my bessines on hold and not work. I need to work it the only way I get an income.</p> <p>I emailed the same latter to the reginal manager of Hyundai KZN Gedion on Monday 27 June, I called his secretary Kirsten on Friday 1st July and she confirmed they have recieved it but up to date I have not get any response from them.</p>
