Disappointing Hyundai Service

<p>My disappointment started when my Hyundai I20's paint started coming off on my tailgate. I decided to go to Hyundai Paarden island, where I was told they can't help me, I contacted customer care which told me that Paarden island should have helped me, and then arranged Brackenfell to contact me, Brackenfell asked me to bring the car so they can check, which ended up them checking the car , one of their panel shops and Hyundai Parow(I had to drive to all these places on my own expense) , to date still no feedback , contacted customer care 2 weeks ago , the person that helped me wasn't there and someone else took a message , no feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need some help? I've never seen a car's paint come off till on the metal, and I've seen this on three other Hyundais</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Disappointed customer</p>
