Bad service

I am requesting assistance with a trade in of picanto to Hyundai I 10 auto which only functioned for a month and had me mechanical break down and now it's been three months paying for a car that it's not in my possession and now the warranty that I was promised it's only paying a certain % not the full payment on the engine.I am getting the run around from the manager and the sales person and still not getting any positive feed back.
