Worst service ever!!!

if no starts was an option i would give that. Your service center lacks in all ways. your service and communication sucks. was promised a quote in 48 hours and then got it in 21 days after a massive fight with Quintin and Amy. They cant agree on anything! Amy says they do second hand engines and gives us hope and then Quintin comes in saying no! then promised by day end a quote and then 3 days later you call again and hear another **** story.

then you finally get ahold of the manager Cindy ( o she is so nice) telling me to take it down a notch after fighting for 21 days on a quote??? A quote of 62000 rand to fix a Atos worth 50 000 and they not willing to when speak to you about the matter. needless to say that i lots my **** after she said that. Then you pay them to get your car and get more drama as you want to remove it.

So before Cindy wants to tell the world i yelled and cursed at her. YES i did! After they have been a pain in my ass for 21 days and then slapped me with a 9500 bill for pulling my car to pieces. a massive fight later they got it down to 7108.00

You will never see me again and i will make sure to tell all about the horrible service and false promises of your dealership.
