Very very poor and negligent

Very poor service providers ,I took my car for diagnostic ,Amy Maree ask for a clue ,told her to check clutch and gear box,they check and give me a quotations which was almost R17000 and we agreed on it,after fixing and test driving the car they told me the car is over heating and reverse gear is not working ,when I ask why cause it was working before and not over heating ,they said I must add another R5000 to fix the the reverse and when it comes to overheating they didn't check the anti freezer it was low,look how negligent they are,at this time I don't even have that R5k to top up that's why I gave them go ahead with first quotation cause is the one that I was going to afford ,now am not making any money cause is the business car😔
