Unhappy customer

The service is bad all that they are interested in is selling you a car so that they get paid and that's it they are done with you I bought a Hyundai Exter on the 25-09-2024 till today I'm still waiting for my service book how come the car did not have a service book I don't know, I contacted someone by the name of Petunia Ramabina to help me when she does they tell her that everything is sorted they play her coz she new she is still in training I'm still waiting for them to sort out the tracker 4 the car imagine if the car get ****** or highjacked my insurance won't pay they are just after money those guys no Ubuntu I'm still waiting for Phumlani to call me we sort out everything he's always telling petunia that he called me and everything is sorted people that branch should be closed I'm going to report it to Hyundai South Africa and on radio 702 very bad service
