Service

Took my car for a service 2 weeks back. Asked service consultant to replace my headlights. She refused stating that bulbs are fine and no need to change them. 2 weeks later, one died and the other one is a bit DIMM. Took the car back to get them replaced but the same lady only had one changed and still left the other one still saying it's fine and said to me I should come back once it's completely dead.

I'm totally not happy with the service received. I am inconvenienced because I cannot always go to the dealer just to replace bulbs and when I ask for something it's not done.
