Possibly the best service I've ever had

I can't adequately express how good the service was from Rachel at Hyundai Midrand. What should have been a lengthily and complex process, was reduced to one of the smoothest transitions I've ever experienced. The attention to detail and care that I was afforded is hard to find these days.

Before purchasing my car I test drove several cars including nearby competitors. Hyundai was the only dealership that had the car clean and prepared for my test drive before I arrived. Rachel was also incredibly knowledgeable about the car. From there I was walked through the entire process with care and consideration.

Communication was efficient and fantastic. The car I wanted had to be organized from another dealership, which was done quickly. Everything was explained to me, and with hindsight the advice I was given was solid. And to cap it all off the after sales service and support that I've been given is phenomenal. Rachel even called me 3 months after my purchase, just to make sure I was still happy.

Priscilla also has to be mentioned, for walking me through the lengthily contract with patience and understanding. You guys really made this process easier than it would have otherwise been.
