poor car service

My wife took her Hyundai creta for service today 30th March 2022. 1st they did not call her to tell her the car is ready for collection, 2nd the car was dirty inside and not properly washed after the service, 3rd they said everything was fine but we know for sure one light is not working but say they checked it and its fine which is a lie so that makes us think if the car was actually serviced.
