Group 1 Kuils river complaint

I purchased a vehicle Suzuki celerio 3 weeks ago from group 1 in kuilsriver cape Town. I went to view the vehicle before hand which I noticed the front Headlights were faded. I the told the salesman if they cannot do the polishing of the Headlights I can do it on my own. However he then then told that they did the polishing of the Headlights an when the vehicle was delivered to me in PE I saw that the Headlights is cracked... He advised me that the vehicle is under warranty an that I should goto Suzuki in port Elizabeth. I went to them an it was told to me that they do not cover plastic only mechanical on the vehicle... I also received took the vehicle for a service but I was told at Suzuki that the car should've been serviced on 43000 and I received the vehicle on 43830 warranty fell away as it was way overdue as it was last serviced 28000km its...the more I'm asking to speak to higher authority the salesman keep telling me that the manager is sick... What do I stand to do now as my vehicle has no longer warranty and has messed up headlights how can I be happy with this I mus pay for this vehicle with all this stress
