Group five Glass company

Good day. The abovementioned company refers. I have paid the glass company that is situated in Randfontein R3500 for fixing a sliding door and lock with frame and wheels. On dilivery the glass was broken. The workers acknowledged it. And did not fix the lock. I have numerouly phoned the owner, and his daughter, to come and fix the door and frame.I explained to him that tenants are moving out of this property because they feel unsave.I have pleaded and begged him and everytime he leaves me to wait at the property for the whole day. And then he never comes. Wasting my time. I can give proof of all the discussions and the payment that took place.It places me in a very bad light with my tenants. Above all this is unprofessional and unjust. Seeing that this has been going on for 4months. I have tried my upmost best to resolve this situation. I trusted this company but this behaviour is unacceptable. If the owner is incapable of delivering the proper goods and service as negotiated upon he must give my money back and my frame that he took.
