An inch from a fatality - pure negligence !

Utterly horrified ! I am staying at the Pearls Capital development Umhlanga . My 2 kids were playing outside around the common area near the swimming pool when a huge rock can tumbling down from the construction above ( approx 15th floor) and shattered into a thousand pieces falling 2 feet short of both my kids . Shocked and speechless I went to report it to management , and later met with Group Fives project manager who NEVER ever got back to me regarding this matter . The result was , a bit of pathetic netting pinned up in isolated areas - not even close to making the site safe ! A day later I find a chunk of ‘brick / plaster ‘ lying outside my door again having fallen off the construction above . I am outraged and will be taking this further but meantime I want people to know - Group Five are utterly disgraceful and happy to risk people’s lives .
