Group buys are ****mers

I bought tv online last year on the 28/11/2024 , it was so cheap and reasonable ,paid extra more with R50 for the next day delivery. I have received the order number after that, tracking app also .The next thing their email bounce back when try to enquire about my order , the phone its ringing non stop , no answer .Till today i don't no if I was ****med or what. Their service is very bad
