Unprofessional, ********* Group 7 realty agent TERRY

I had contacted a lady by the name of TERRY who advised me that I could go and have a look at a house that was currently on rent, HOWEVER i could not go inside, I would need to look at the house from OUTSIDE the Windows, the lady advised me her offices are in Morningside and no one can come and open the house for me HOWEVER the house is immediately available and can move in immediately, which was really silly because she refused to get the house opened for viewing but could have the house opened the next day to let my family member move in!!!

She was very unprofessional and *********, after communicating with me on WhatsApp she advised me that she was not supposed to be on what's app in the first place dealing with enquiries, this girl was really rude and the owners of the house who is currently paying this agency to get the house rented out should get another agency ASAP, because they just lost out on tenants because of an *********** individual who works for an agency and refused to do her job, one that she gets paid to do, when asked for her name and the name of tbe agency she works for, she ignored the question 3 times, soon after blocking me of whats app.

It is either she does not value her job at all, does not get paid enough hence no care in the world, or is rich enough to not work hence no interest in her job.

I have the conversation recorded to which i spoke to her over the phone the very first time to figure out who exactly is this girl and how can she be tracked down, and I most definitely think the owners should really know about this....
