Dont ever use Group 4 Wooden Floors

Please be very wary of these group of guys, they claim to give you a 12 year guarantee, but once you pay them in full, you will never see them again. This happened to a customer of mine, the varnish was not evenly app****, a bug spray was also promised, 3 days later, wood bugs all over the show, varnish not app**** to the complete floor.....<br> <br> They tell my client that they will be seing them on a certain date to fix the problem, then never pitch up.<br> <br> So please be cary wary of Bryan and his team with the 12 year guarantee, they advertise in Gumtree, OLX and Junkmail.<br> <br> <br> Looks like the next and final step is to get my customers money back from the small claims court, I will just hand in the phony 12 year guarantee as evidence.
