Pension fund

My brother worked for them from 2002 till 2016,he was sick & got unpaid leave & died 2016 January 11,I phoned them no burial money received,I buried him,I called them asking for his pension fund,they gave me forms to take to fox street Johannesburg,when I got there,their offices moved& I asked security their address,he refused to tell,till today we never get any money from pension fund
