Group 4 Security Provident Fund

Good Day,<br> <br> About 3 weeks ago I was contacted by a company called LocatePlus to tell me I have a long outstanding pension fund due to payout to me from G4S he supplies me with details and the form to fill out and necessary documents. I took the day off work fill in forms get documents send all relevant documents. When I got hold of him he said he has sent it to the bank. I phoned last week again his office said I must get hold of Bianca Botha via email. So I did, she responded they have no paper work. I have no idea what is going on now if I send her emails she does not get back to me if I speak to Sylvester at Locateplus he oes not get back to me ??? I will not wait another 6 weeks as 2 weeks has passed and I am not going to take someones incompetence in this matter. I would appreciate if someone can get back to me as Bianca Botha from ABSA and Sylvester from Locateplus who is supposedly working on this together is not getting back to me.
