Group 2 Projects are ********

I bought laminate and they said it needs to be paid in full before installation. When they came the first time to install, it was the wrong colour. I sent them sample of colour I paid for. Vusi, the guy I liased with said it was out of stock and neglected to inform me of this. When they came to install the second time, it was still the wrong colour. Colour I paid for was still out of stock and Vusi still neglected to tell me. I asked them to remove the laminate and give me my money back. Lewis who is the boss at Group 2 Projects said that Vusi will be facing disciplinary action, as Vusi has been lying to other customers and was even vulgar with other customers. Lewis said the business was losing money because of Vusi and asked if he could give me a portion of my money back and leave the installed laminate. I agreed. He was to give me back R3000. I made numerous calls to Lewis and he made numerous promises to pay me since November 2021. Everytime I call Lewis, he tells me to send him my banking details, which I do. He said he made payment on 20 January 2022 and the money will reflect on the 21st of January 2022, of which didn't happen. I called him to send proof of payment and till today, Lewis hasn't and now is avoiding all my calls. I have to borrow money for petrol to go to work and to buy my child's school textbook and food.
