They are the worst ever

This is the worst car dealership ever. After all the trouble I went through trying to get my car registered, I now realised that they were supposed to provide me with the service book but they did not, now when I'm requesting for it because my car is due for service, I'm told they ca't see my book there and there is nothing they can do. Honestly, I expected this behaviour knowing them from my experience, but I was just hoping that maybe I can finally have something nice to say about them kanti NO.
