Dealer refused to refund me

Disappointing treatment from the line Manager Tyler and Dealer principal. Martin.

After cancelling the deal with group 1 Stellenbosch and requesting a refund of the delivery fee that I have paid. Management told the stock controller not to proceed with the refund.

I have contacted the dealer to get the reason for that and there was no answer.
