Renault - Stellenbosch Is Terrible

I bought my car last month at Renault - Stellenbosch (1 Jan Celliers Rd, Stellenbosch, Cape Town, 7600)

My sales assistant is terrible! He and Johan are useless!

He was helpful and friendly but after I bought my car, he could not be bothered! I had to BEG HIM FOR WEEKS TO receive my license disc. I have called the dealer numerous times leaving my details...has anyone called me?! Nope!

I do not have a spare key nor do I have a manual for my car! Can you believe it. I keep getting the run around every time I call.

I love my baby but I wish I had bought it at another dealership! Whoever wants to but there, DO NOT DO IT! Go check the google reviews. Shocking!
