Pathetic service -

The service form this institution is not worth a single star. The service failure with them and my Renault Clio III started 23 November 2022, and still continues - the date today is 3 February 2023, and is still not resolved.My car has been serviced here every time in the past 7 years, I dealt with Debbie who gave me impeccable service and also the reason why I continued to support them. Also, I would trust no-one else to SERVICE MY RENAULT, THAN RENAULT! Boy did I get this wrong... Car was booked in for major service @ roughly R5000-00. They "discovered" an oil leak, of which there was ZERO indication where my car is parked every night for the past 7 odd years. They could not give me a loan vehicle since the car was not under warranty any more - ok. But to have the car for 3 weeks! And not inform me of progress, ONLY when I initiated contact. The final account landed on OVER R23 000-00. My car came back with massive leak, on the gearbox side. ALSO something that was NOT THERE before. Everywhere I park, always an oil spill. Gearbox oil. I AGAIN booked the Renault in on 27 January 2023 with issues continuing. I'm done. Its a week, and I have STILL not heard of Rowena who booked my car in. I made it clear that I need the car to do my mobile business - this fell on deaf ears - go figure.
