Group 1 Renault Stellenbosch - Disgrace, stay away!

Car went for service breaks/discs replaced - had other work done recently, they informed me breaks and discs need replacing although they had been done less than 20 000km ago. Went to dealer explained whole situation - they informed me the people who did the work 'were no longer employed there with good reason'.

My service still marked as a open job card, they charges over 5000 cash for breaks and discs but no trace of the work ever being done on their system just an invoice generated....

Was advised to go to rmi, rmi don't deal with cases older than 6 months - told them this was told I would receive follow up, never did.

Phoned multiple times promised follow up, no follow up - had to drive there in person to get any action from them and their action is: ' oops sorry the people that worked here was bad but we can't do anything about it'

Disgraceful, stay away from this place.
