Group 1 Renault is the worst car dealership ever

I had a lot of issues with my car when I bought it at the dealership. I had to do the roadworthy myself as the sales lady **** to my face and said that she did it.

The worst of all was that I asked them to cancel my tire and rim warranty (as that is useless) and give me a service plan. Well, when I wanted to service my car now, I found out that I have a tire and rim warranty and NOT a service plan. I even phoned the dealership and was informed I declined the service plan. I can explicitly remember still asking the finance lady when the car should be serviced (month and at how many km's). We were in her office and she went through almost the whole document with me which I then signed - not knowing that I didn't have a service plan.

Unfortunately I have no proof that I wanted a service plan and not the stupid tire and rim warranty.
