Disgusted in the help I receive

I bought a new car by Group 1 Renault Stellenbosch the Renault KWID in December 2016 and experienced a funny noise at the breaks I complaint in my warranty about the breaks to be exact it was 3 months after I bought my car and there was just no solution, currently my car are only 10 months old and only the left side of my cars breaks are completely unusable I can't drive my car at all and this is a very high risk to my life as my breaks can fail and this can result into a big mess, apparently my guarantee of my car is over and now Renault expect me to pay R4000 for new breaks which I already complaint about in it's warranty this is very unexceptionable and I would not prefer anyone to buy a Renault KWID at all. Because here is a very big mistake , could you please assist me in this matter.
