Car key

I have a car 3 years ago and i have been emailing Eric Swart who delivered a car to me about my spare key, i have sent him numerous emails and copied the advisor Cobus but noone reverts back instead that Eric is rude last time i called Renault he refused to answer the phone. yesterday i emailed him telling him i need my spare key cause i have locked my car keys inside the car and here is his reply' 'Good morning

It wont help to come here on Thuesday for a sparekey,I don’t have your sparekey here,the best will be to get a locksmith to open your car,to get your key out of the car.

This is just the beginning am taking this far, they can not take advantage of people and he is aware that am going to report this to ombudsman and i swear i will never give up even if i don't get my spare key but i will never rest not now maybe 30 years ago not in this time of social media and i have all emails written down i will spread them all over and we will see what will happen to the business after that. it might be something small but i will take it to another level and i don't get help here tomorrow am taking another day off to get help in dragging Renault to where it belong.
