Bad service Group 1 Renault Stellenbosch

Bought a demo Renault duster. It was advertised for R385000. The day we took it for test drive the salesman confirmed the price. The day we went to collect they added R2500 for window tinting, R5900 for delivery fees. I told him that the car was advertised with the window tinting on for the original price and the day we test drove it, the price was confirmed as R385000. I had to them pay this extra costs as they say it's standard practice to add the costs later. It then took them more than 2 weeks just to settle my trade in, and almost a month to get the car registered and licenced. They ignore correspondence and when you do get hold of someone, they shift blame to another. I feel they stole R2500 from me.
