THE WORST DEALERSHIP!!!! GROUP1

Hi All , so I would like to share my most horrible experience by far and trust me I thought I had experienced it all. I recently became a customer of Group 1 where I purchased a pre owned vehicle , I WAS SOLD A DREAM! to be more then frank. I have had endless encounters with the people working at Group 1 clearly do not share the same vision as their MOTTO! I have been battling with the dealership , with the sales person and also the head of customer care (AS I WAS INFORMED) I purchased the car in May , drove a courtesy car for about a month or so BEFORE getting the actual car that I had purchased, then drove that car for a few weeks and yet another problem arised, in a space of 3 months I have driven 3 courtesy cars,SHOCKING I KNOW (I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THIS AS A SIGN) to stay the HELL away from this DEALERSHIP! yet I was persistent in getting the car of my choice , from the on set I was told that the car I had bought was in the workshop as the engine had to be replaced (HEAD GASKET BLEW ) I was misinformed the entire time and nobody could give me the proper explanation until I spoke to the foreman that really gave me his honest advise and I am very grateful to HIM, the rest of the team clearly does not care about PRE OWNED VEHICLE BUYERS cause this is how they have made me feel. I then had a issue with the clutch and flywheel which again had been replaced however my question to the dealership is HOW DO I FEEL SAFE IN THIS VEHCILE going forward? NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE. I have to request feedback otherwise I just don't hear anything at all. When I asked do I have to beg for feedback I was told NO , I would have feedback by Monday 16.09.2019 correct me if I am wrong we are now on TUESDAY afternoon and yet again the fool that I am sent a request for feedback and still nothing. THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST PUTRIT SERVICE ANYONE COULD ASK FOR!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY NOT PRE OWNED BUYERS cause the treatment thereafter is shocking!!!!!!!
