TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS FROM GROUP 1 NISSAN THE GLEN

In February this year I bought a Nissan Almera from Jaco Theron who worked for Nissan at the Glen. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to sell the car sometime in July. I decided I will sell the car to 'webuycars' as they gave me a good offer. When a car expert arrived he inspected the car and realized that on the passenger side, both doors (back and front) have been re-spray painted (car was obviously bumped/scratched by the previous driver). As this obviously meant the car was not in original form I was knocked down +R15000. When I bought this car I asked Jaco if the car never had any issues he assured me the car is 100% and it was owned by a lady who wanted a bigger car hence the sale of this car. Still in July, I then sent in an email through to Group 1 to confront them about this and I was informed by Angel that Jaco had left the company but her boss will handle the issue and return to me. The boss never came back to me and I eventually got in touch with Paul Porteous (Sales Manager I think)... he promised he would go look at the vehicle (I gave him all details of where the car is), promised he would let me know but till today I am still waiting. The business ethics of Nissan the Glen are truly horrible. It is disappointing that people can treat other people in this manner and get away with it, in the name of making money. Where is accountability here???. Nissan the Glen owes me what is due to me for lying to me... Nissan should be a reputable company as it operates across the globe but, no , that is not the case... totally appalled...
