Stay away from Nissan Group 1 The Glen

I bought a car cash from Group 1 Nissan The Glen in October. The salesperson who helped me was Jaco. I paid the car cash on the 27th and he was going to post the papers to me. It is now the 20th of December and I still don't have the papers and all he tells me is something happen at the bank. He is still not giving me an exact date on when I will be getting the papers. To make matters worse, when we spoke about the plans he told me the car comes with the remainder of the plans. Now when I book the car for the service, I'm told it does not have a service plan. When I call him, he says he said it is only the warranty that still has a balance.

This must be the worse car sale I have ever had. Would not recommend them to anyone.
