WORST SERVICE IMMANGEABLE !!

Pathetic Service! Stay away from this place. There are so many incidents, I don't even know where to start. Firstly, the day I went to go and look at a bakkie (and subsequently bought it), Neels arrived an hour after the Saturday Trading Hours' opening time. And with no excuse or apology. Except that he had a rough night the night before... And between then and now, my bakkie has been back to them and back to me how many times, and every time comes back with NOTHING that I requested being done!! With the excuse, They forgot! They also dont stick to any of the times promised, they forget to get back to me, One of the occasions they bring me a loan car, and when they get to me, inform me that, by the way, the battery of the car is flat! What's even worse is that it is now MORE THAN 3 MONTHS later, and I still dont even have number plates, and am driving around every day *******ly!!! All in all, I dont think a dealership could possibly be (mis)managed worse that this one is........ Good luck to Group1's reputation thanks to this branch.....
