BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We bought a vehicle from Nissan Stellenbosch dealership in March and the bakkie had to go back for a few repairs to be done under the warranty. Parts were ordered by the branch and the bakkie had to go in on the Monday. Lockdown started the Friday. So we had to wait until three weeks ago to take it in for repairs. Then came the call from hell. We were told that we did not buy the bakkie from Nissan. The salesman did a private job on us in the showroom of Stellenbosch Nissan and if we want the bakkie fixed we have to pay ourselves. Today 3 weeks later after been treated like **** by all Nissan employees. Stellenbosch. Kuilsrivier Jhb head office my husband went and sat at their branch in Kuilsrivier. We thru them with lawyers with everything we could think off and eventually they had the ***** to give him the bakkie. They made their problem ours and I and all my friends will never ever buy anything from a Nissan dealership again. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
