Disappointing Service - GROUP 1 AUTO

Absolutely disappointing experience with Group 1 Auto's after-sale service. I purchased a brand new BAIC X55 on August 18, 2023, and as of October 2, 2023, my vehicle is still not licensed. I've made countless attempts to have them address this issue, but it has been nothing but broken promises. Twice, I've been pulled over by the police due to my car not being properly licensed.

The lack of responsiveness and urgency from Group 1 Auto is unacceptable. It's been an incredibly frustrating and inconvenient ordeal. As a customer, I expected better post-purchase support, especially for a service which I paid for to be done.
