GZ Adventures does not want to refund me my money!

I am so extremely upset at how GZ Adventures run their business, they are quiet a big business but running it like a ****a shop! I paid a sum of R400 into their account for activities my friends and I were planning on doing however due to unforeseen circumstances we we decided not to go anymore. A friend of mine had made the booking and forwarded their banking details so that we can pay individually. We’ve been battling to get the refund from them, taking us from pillar to post, at first they said they’ll make payment by last Tuesday that didn’t happen, their excuse was that it’s financial year end! I dunno what’s that got to do with their customers. The next excuse was that the banking details provided for the refund were incorrect, they were then provided with different banking details and they’ve been mum!
